Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell have splashed out a whopping £3.5 million on a new luxury five-bedroom property near Brighton, MailOnline can reveal.
The couple, who met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, have moved into the former home of Brighton and Hove Albion player Lewis Dunk.
Lewis, 31, bought the detached property in West Sussex for £787,500 in 2016, and listed it last year for £3.5 million.
Four months after moving in, the Premiere League star submitted plans to build a two-storey side extension, lower ground, ground and first floor rear extension and a two storey front extension as well as a detached front garage.

The 7,741 sq ft property now features an indoor heated swimming pool and gym as well as a huge open plan entrance with a double staircase which leads into a kitchen and lounge area overlooking the garden.
The house also boasts five bathrooms and six reception rooms, with a huge balcony and a sunken outdoor seating area.
Joe, 31, confirmed the couple were moving, telling fans their previous home was too big a project to tackle.
‘I’ve been busy behind the scenes doing something,’ he said in a video posted to Instagram on Monday. ‘We’re moving the last bits of our stuff because we have moved house.
‘People are like, “What? You’ve moved house? You were only in the last place for two- and a-bit years!” Very true.’
He continued: ‘We loved the last place, but it was a project, it was a big project. We haven’t got the time to take on such a big project, so we found this place, we absolutely fell in love with it and now we are here.’
Australian-born dancer Dianne, 34, also shared a video of herself attempting to assemble flat pack furniture in their new home this week.

They moved into the property at the beginning of 2021, announcing the news with a picture of Sugg holding his girlfriend in the air at the bottom of their new garden.
The couple met on the sixteenth series of the BBC dance show after being partnered together.
They finished runners-up to Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton, who later started dating and welcomed their daughter Minnie earlier this year.
Dianne has talked openly about their own plans to start a family, previously telling Women’s Health: ‘Joe is the most supportive person. I’d love to have a family one day, and I know Joe would love a family too. That would be our dream one day.’
Joe found fame with his ‘ThatcherJoe’ YouTube channel before launching spin-offs ‘ThatcherJoeVlogs’ and ‘ThatcherJoeGames’.

The former roof thatcher’s sister is fellow vlogger Zoe Sugg, 33.
She recently announced she is expecting her second child with YouTube star Alfie Deyes, 29.
