Kate Middleton's incredibly kind gesture towards a stranger at a recent royal engagement has been caught on camera.

The 39 year old and her 38 year old husband Prince William visited Newham Ambulance Station in East London earlier this month, where Kate's kindness had previously gone unnoticed.

Mum-of-three Kate was stood speaking to paramedics and staff at the station alongside her husband, the Duke of Cambridge, when it started to rain.

Shielded by an umbrella, Kate proceeded to make sure that the paramedic she was speaking to at the time was also kept dry, stepping in to offer her shelter.

In new footage from the engagement, William can be heard saying: "I feel bad you haven't got an umbrella. Would you like one?"

Kate then steps in: "Is there a spare? There's a spare one," whilst the woman politely declined and insisted she was fine.

Kate looked gorgeous as she donned a camel-coloured ankle-length coat and paired the look with matching heels.

The Duchess has been known to recycle her most loved outfits and the engagement was no exception as she re-wore a brilliant camel coat from Massimo Dutti.

She previously wore the stylish item at the launch of her Early Years survey in January 2020.

Sticking with the colour-scheme, she accessorised with a camel bag and wore a face mask to protect her self amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Styling her brunette mane down, Kate appeared to wear minimal make up as she had foundation, eyeliner and a touch of mascara on.

Prince William stayed close by as he held an umbrella over them both, wearing a blue jumper over a light blue shirt, which he teamed with brown trousers, matching brown shoes as well as a navy coat on top.
