Laura Whitmore has revealed she will next make an appearance in the Love Island villa "when s**t hits the fan" as she discussed the series.

Love Island host Laura, 36, hinted the series will soon see a big shakeup as she teased the long-awaited return of the Casa Amor villa.

Laura took to her Instagram stories to answer some of her 1.5million followers' burning questions about herself and the ITV2 dating series so far.

And as the blonde TV presenter was asked by a fan when she will be returning to the Love Island villa and when Casa Amor is set to start, she responded: "Oh I get asked that a lot! First question, yes. Second question, soon."

Laura, who recently responded to fans asking her whereabouts on the show, paused and added: "What else can I tell you?

"Logistically, it's tougher. When I went out for the coupling up the Balearic islands were in amber so when I did that I isolated for five days on my return.

"And then it went green, and now it's amber! But I'm double vaccinated."

TV host Laura, who stunned in a black jumpsuit recently, continued: "I also have to be in London every Sunday as part of my Love Island contract. To host Love Island Aftersun, which is so much fun I love live telly.

"So that is another logistical nightmare because they have to make sure I'm back in time for that. If I could I would probably move into the villa, who wouldn't?!"

But, fans were clearly excited for Laura to strut back into the villa as another asked when they would see her on the main show, to which she teased: "I will be there when s**t hits the fan."

Blonde beauty Laura then opened up the return of Casa Amor as she was quizzed on who her favourite couple from the series was.

She revealed: "To be honest with you, I change my mind everyday, everyday – it's ridiculous how much I change my mind.

"And, also, Casa Amor hasn't happened yet and that just throws a massive spanner in the works so it will all change."

Love Island host Laura has featured in just 12 minutes of the show since it kicked off at the end of June.

The lack of airtime the presenter has received since the show started means she has bagged a whopping £50,000 a minute for her work on the main show.

However, she also presents spin-off show Love Island: Aftersun on Sunday nights, which is set in London.
