Sparks were reportedly flying between Married At First Sight star Jessika Power and Love Island star Joe Garratt while they were both filming a new series of MTV’s Ex on The Beach.
A source has claimed to The Sun that there was an “instant attraction” between the reality stars and that Joe is “Jess’s type”.
The source told the publication: “There was an instant attraction between Jess and Joe that was obvious from day one and it was the talk of the cast. Joe is just Jess's type – cheeky, good looking and a great body.”
The source continued: “Time will tell if things continue between them in the real world, but they both really enjoyed their 'holiday romance.”
Filming for the latest series of Ex on The Beach was recently wrapped up in Gran Canaria.
OK! has contacted Joe Garratt and Jessika Power’s representatives for comment.
Jessika found fame on Married At First Sight Australia in 2019, while Joe was known for finding romance with surfer Lucie Donlan on Love Island in 2019.
Jessika’s time on MAFS was surrounded by controversy when she was involved in a huge scandal that saw her swap partners. She was originally paired with her farmer husband Mick Gould before she caught the attention of another groom, Dan Webb.
After her time on the show, she made the huge move from Australia to Manchester where she built a relationship with podcaster Connor Thompson. The couple reportedly called it quits on their relationship in the summer.
Former Love Island star Joe quickly found a connection with Lucie when he appeared on the dating show but only made it 16 days before he was dumped from the island.
Although Lucie decided to stay on the show and continue her journey without Joe, they reunited after the show finished, and picked up where they left off.
Their romance lasted until December 2019, when they decided to part ways, having grown apart.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Joe and Lucie have decided to end things between them. They've been so busy with work lately that it's made it difficult for them to find time to see each other. They just grew apart."
Lucie has since moved on with fellow Love Islander Luke Mabbott, who starred on the winter series, and they are now engaged to be married.
