Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh has taken to her Instagram to share her post-baby workout but, admitted she’s felt “seriously sore” after returning to exercise.
The reality TV favourite, 32, shared a video of her work out on her Instagram story with her 1.4 million followers.
Millie looked stunning in a purple workout outfit consisting of high-waisted leggings and a matching sports bra exposing her toned midriff.
Her dark hair was tied back in a low pony tail and she was seen concentring as lifted weights, working on her biceps.
The video had Kelis’ song Milkshake playing over the top and the Made in Chelsea star captioned the first video with: “Milking it @blankabst” followed by two laughing face emojis.
In the second part of the video Millie can be seen doing some floor work where she worked on her abs.
She captioned the video: “Slowly getting back into exercising, not going to lie I’m seriously sore all over after a very gentle work out yesterday.”
Millie, who is married to former co-star Hugo Taylor, 35, shares two daughters with her husband, Sienna, who is turning two soon, and Aurelia, who was born in November.
Following her gruelling work out, Millie went out for a winter stroll and shared a stunning shot of herself wrapped up in a neural coat and striking black fur-look hat.
The mum of two posed with the winter sun behind her and wearing over-sized sunglasses as she took in the sights.
Millie has been open about her pregnancies and motherhood and recently shared with fans the details of her birth with Aurelia.
She shared a string of snaps of her in hospital shortly before and after giving birth to Aurelia.
She wrote: “Lots of you have been asking me to share Aurelia’s birth story.
“Firstly let me say that my birth experience was really positive, the playlist I made when I had Sienna was playing in the background, Hugo was there and I felt totally calm and ready, but that wasn’t the case in the few weeks before.”
“I was admitted to hospital two weeks before my c section was booked in as they thought I was in early labour and having contractions brought on by throwing up after I caught the norovirus,” Millie continued.

“Naturally I went into panic mode as I felt so unprepared and nervous, plus Sienna was poorly at home with Hand Foot & Mouth and I knew she needed her Mama! It was seriously bad timing, I was monitored overnight and pumped full of fluids as I got really dehydrated, but thankfully it was a false alarm so I was discharged to go home again.”
