Tom Parker and wife Kelsey have had a rollercoaster year; from the joyous news that they were expecting their second child to the heartbreaking announcement of Tom’s brain tumour diagnosis.
And after sharing both life-changing announcements with OK! it seems only right for them to introduce the new addition to their family thorugh us too.
The pair welcomed baby Bodhi in October, and here Tom, 32, and wife Kelsey, 30, speak about the emotional labour, the story behind his unique name and why they're very much looking forward to their future.
Following their year of ups and downs, Kelsey seems over the moon as she gushes over her baby boy.
She tells OK!: “He is the perfect baby – especially compared to having Aurelia first. I barely even know I’ve got him.”
Tom adds: “He’s so chilled. He’s so different to Aurelia – she was always very active.”
Tom and Kelsey are already proud parents to daughter Aurelia, and have chosen another unique name for their second born child, which they reveal has a special meaning.

“Bodhi means enlightenment," reveals Kelsey. "So it just goes perfectly with our situation right now. He’s the light at the end of our tunnel."
She adds: "Tom didn’t want the name. I said, ‘Tom, I don’t care what you say – we’re having Bodhi and that’s it.’”
Speaking about the labour, the pair reveal Kelsey's waters broke during an episode of The Only Way Is Essex, but it took a long while for the little one to show his face.
“Bodhi’s labour started during TOWIE! At 10pm my waters broke and then nothing happened. I rang my mum and she said, “Get some sleep, then ring me.” I rang her at 7am and said, “Nothing’s happened.” I rang the midwife, they came and checked me because I really wanted a home birth, but there was no sign of the baby.

Tom Parker says he's 'fighting for' daughter Aurelia as he shares sweet snap – after birth of second child
“[But] when I gave birth it all happened quite quickly – my birth time was 30 minutes!”
Luckily, Tom was able to be by his wife’s side throughout the whole labour, despite COVID restrictions.
“The NHS was absolutely amazing," Kelsey gushes.
"He was there the whole time. They even allowed him to stay over the night!"
And, once the couple’s newest addition arrived, Tom admits he was overcome with emotion as he held his son for the first time.
“It was so nice. I cried my eyes out!” he emotionally reveals.
Kelsey adds: “Tom’s emotional anyway, and I’m the harder one. But I was so overwhelmed when he was born, because it happened so quickly. When the baby’s on you, you’re like, ‘I can’t believe it!’ We were all crying.”
