It’s difficult to wrest the spotlight away from the preened-to-perfection Todd Chrisley, but his daughter, Savannah Chrisley, is the true breakout star of Chrisley Know Best – whether the proud patriarch would ever admit to it or not. Naturally, the fact that Savannah looks like a supermodel to the extent she somehow got even more gorgeous after chopping all of her hair off has helped increase her profile significantly. But the dedicated Christian and reality star has gained a multitude of fans thanks to her upfront attitude about everything from weight loss to her ongoing struggle with endometriosis.
As her millions of Instagram followers can attest, the eldest Chrisley daughter is majorly into makeup and frequently posts glamorous selfies. She was also a beauty pageant competitor back in the day. The Chrisley Knows Best star is so obsessed with beauty, in fact, that she actually launched her own makeup line. Underneath it all, though, Savannah Chrisley is just as gorgeous with nothing on her face.
Savannah Chrisley is an actual beauty queen
As she gushed on Instagram back in 2015, Chrisley won Miss Teen USA, wearing a stunning yellow gown for her big moment. “IM SO BLESSED TO HAVE WON MISS TN TEEN USA!! It was such a blessing to be able to compete with such amazing girls this weekend!! Any one of these girls could have won the crown!” she enthused. Chrisley referred to a “dress crisis” that threatened to derail her but emerged victorious after plenty of long hours of practice.
The staunch Christian finished up her post by noting, “But MOST IMPORTANTLY thank you God for allowing me to live such a blessed life.” The following year, she sadly lost out on the chance to make it two in a row, however, the Chrisley Knows Best star took it all in stride after making it to the semifinals. Sharing a sweet photo of her hugging the eventual winner, Chrisley reasoned, “I may have not have taken home the crown but I sure did take home one heck of a friend!!”
The Chrisley Knows Best star is a bonafide fashionista
As reported by People, in 2017, Chrisley emerged as a budding fashion designer with her HSN collection, Faith Over Fear, the goal of which was to create modest clothing for a wide variety of customers that still looked cool. The reality star explained of the concept, “I feel like so many people, especially my generation and younger, we let our fear consume us so much that we just don’t [pursue] our dreams. So for me, [I] let my faith be bigger than my fear of something not happening.”
Naturally, she was only too happy to model some looks for her Instagram followers, too. The collection included slogan tees, tie-dye tops, and a leather jacket, just like the kind Chrisley usually isn’t seen without. The savvy businesswoman also proved she wasn’t a one-hit-wonder when she collaborated with Rampage in 2019. As Women’s Wear Daily advised, Chrisley was named creative director of the women’s lifestyle brand and launched her first collection soon after. “It was the perfect fit because Rampage is what I am. It’s what I wear every day,” she gushed.
A bold haircut transformed Savannah Chrisley's look
Chrisley was already rocking short, chic hair, but in October 2019, she debuted a stunning pixie cut that showed off her gorgeous face in all its glory. “Ladies…do what YOU want to do. Don’t base your looks, opinions, beliefs, etc on a man and what HE wants. It’s our world and they just live in it,” she wrote alongside a shot of her looking fabulous. As E! noted, in an Instagram Story, the reality star responded to a cancer survivor fan who told her the haircut made her feel more empowered with another inspirational message.
“This is why I do the things that I do. I was on the fence about this cut but I wanted to show myself that I had the courage to do it and I wanted to inspire others,” she argued. Chrisley subsequently posted a shot after the cut had grown out a little (and was looking even cooler), noting her natural “glow” which was undeniable.
Savannah Chrisley is proud of who she really is
After years of making fans drool over her stunning selfies and awe-inspiring beauty looks, it made sense for Chrisley to move into the industry herself. In June 2020, alongside a reliably glamorous shot of her fully made up, the reality star teased fans with a message about a project she’d “been working on for the past couple of years” that was “making dreams a reality.” Sassy by Savannah, named after Chrisley’s nickname, will be stocked with products that might even shock long-time fans, as she alluded in another post.
Chrisley teased lip-based stuff later, while Sassy’s official Instagram page confirmed everything would be out just in time for Christmas. Chrisley described her own look to WWD as “bold and feminine” but noted she also liked to keep things cozy and comfy, too, which makes sense considering a makeup-free, post-workout selfie confirmed the Chrisley Knows Best star looks perfect even when she makes zero effort whatsoever.
