Arnold Schwarzenegger conducts band at Oktoberfest in Munich

Arnold Schwarzenegger thrilled fans in Munich when he made quite the appearance at the 118th Oktoberfest on Saturday.

The 76-year-old actor caused a stir at the annual event and even took to the stage to try his hand at conducting for the evening.

Dressed in traditional outfits, he stopped for pictures with his girlfriend Heather Milligan, 48, and beamed beside her from ear to ear.

Arnold was dressed in a brown blazer and khaki-coloured shirt that he tucked into a pair of dark blue jeans for the occasion.

His partner Heather had on a traditional frock in deep purple which she wore over the top of a shirt-sleeved white t-shirt.

The blonde beauty accessorised her outfit with a small pale pink handbag that held her belongings and a simple silver necklace.

Putting on a show for the attendees, Arnold was snapped hopping onto the stage while he grabbed a wooden stick and began attempting to lead the band.

According to MailOnline, the star was spotted hanging out in the Marstall Tent, that was described by the festival itself as ‘the youngest of the large Oktoberfest tents’ – which they claimed was ‘lovingly decorated’ with ‘good food and friendly service.’

The Hollywood A-lister and his physical therapist partner have been romantically linked since 2013 after they were spotted on multiple dates in Santa Monica, California.

Arnold has spoken about his girlfriend of 10 years many times during interviews in the past and openly discussed his relationships and former marriage to Maria Shriver.

He was quoted by The Hollywood Reporter as saying: ‘I have a wonderful girlfriend, [physical therapist] Heather Milligan, who is very successful. I’m really proud of her, and I love her.

‘At the same time, I love my wife. She and I are really good friends and very close, and we are very proud of the way we raised our kids.

‘Even though we had this drama, we did Easter together, Mother’s Day together, the Christmases together, all birthdays — everything together.

‘If there’s Oscars for how to handle divorce, Maria and I should get it for having the least amount of impact on the kids.

‘The sweetness and kindness you see in them, that’s from my wife. The discipline and work ethic is from me.’
