Cole Bennett Gives Ken Carson's "Fighting My Demons" the Trippy Visual Treatment

Ken Carson’s third studio album, A Great Chaos, has seen high acclaim thus far after its October 13 release. While the 18-track project is sparse in features โ€“ only seeing contributions from Lil Uzi Vert and Destroy Lonely โ€“ Carson ensured to tap one of today’s music video greats for the single’s visual treatment. Spearheaded by Lyrical Lemonade‘s Cole Bennett, Carson’s “Fighting My Demons” visual aspect amalgamates Carson’s edgy, experimental ethos with Bennett’s playful editing approach.

“My trigger finger itchin’, I feel like D-Wade with the Heat / Made him do the runnin’ man, we sent some runnin’ shots at his feet,” the Atlanta rapper spits as a montage of grainy, 3D footage โ€“ that resembles content shot on night-vision goggles โ€“ย  flashes across the screen, strung together by Bennett’s dynamic visual effects.

Aided by Franklin Ricart, Bennett explains that he “captured [the video] with about 6 different cameras in a couple hours,” in an Instagram caption.
