Looking ahead to 2024, it’s inevitable that silhouettes such as the Air Jordan 1 High are going to play a key role in Jordan Brand’s lineup of releases for the year. While it receives selective use relative to its popularity and the consistent flow of its low-top counterpart, a new look has emerged on the Air Jordan 1 High OG — featuring a “Yellow Ochre” finish.
In our first look at the upcoming sneaker, the upper returns to its traditional leather composition as a white base is joined by black at the Swooshes and collar. From there, its signature “Yellow Ochre” enlivens the mudguard, overlays and heel as key branding elements appear at both the tongue and collar in black. Supporting the sneaker, a white stitched midsole rests atop a yellow rubber outsole to complete the pair.
At the time of writing, we’re still awaiting Jordan Brand’s official breakdown of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Yellow Ochre,” including its release details. However, the pair is said to be currently scheduled for release on January 27 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $180 USD.
