HERESY Develops Folklore Influence for FW21 Collection

London-based label HERESY has returned with its Fall/Winter 2021 collection, continuing to explore British folklore throughout its designs. Titled “Beautiful Decay,” the collection takes influence from the idea of life and death, looking at “this duality between decay and growth, Summer and Winer, good and evil, God and the devil.”

This influence is referenced through the graphics throughout, which range from original designs to subverted versions of classic designs, including the Stonehenge-influenced “FOLK LORE” logo. Stand-out items include a puffa jacket complete with all-over “Genesis” print, a demon logo that adorns cardigans and jackets, and embroidered jeans featuring embroidered “Pewsey Horse” and “Botanical Study” patches.

HERESY’s FW21 collection can be viewed in the gallery above, and is available now from the brand’s web store and select stockists.
