Holly Willoughby has shared her grief after revealing her mother-in-law Sandra had died.
The This Morning star, 42, penned an emotional tribute on Instagram for her husband Dan Baldwin’s mother following her death.
She shared a cheerful snap of them raising a glass together and wrote: ‘Sleep well Sandra… Nonna, Mother, Sister, friend… To know her was to know strength itself… Raising four children after losing her husband, she then lost a son and more recently her sister…
‘Thank you for your guidance, advice and bottomless Prosecco. Thank you for raising the incredible man I’m married to… I see your strength everyday in our children… Be at peace…Love you ❤️.’
The Dancing On Ice presenter was showered with support by famous faces, loved ones and her 8.3m followers, with Vanessa Feltz writing: ‘I am so terribly sorry to hear of Sandra’s passing.
‘I had such a memorable conversation with her. She exuded wisdom kindness and warmth. Sending love to you Dan and the whole family.’
Kate Thornton penned: ‘Beautiful words for a truly beautiful and remarkable woman. I’m so sorry she’s no longer with you. Sending my heartfelt condolences x.’
Holly’s This Morning colleague Craig Doyle shared: ‘I am so sorry for your loss Holly. Condolences to Dan and all the family. 💚.’
The Wylde Moon founder has been married to TV producer Dan since 2007, with the pair sharing three children – Harry, Belle and Chester.

Originally meeting on Saturday morning children’s show Ministry Of Mayhem, Holly once said her and Dan initially kept their romance a secret for eight months.
Speaking to Woman & Home she said: ‘At first, I didn’t fancy Dan at all – I didn’t even think about it. I don’t think he could have fancied me either because it was such a genuine friendship.’
But after knowing each other for six months she was taken aback when realising she had feelings for him while in a bar.
‘I cheersed Dan, and I remember my eye just caught him for a little bit longer than it should have done, and I looked at him, and thought, “Oh my god, I fancy Dan Baldwin”,’ she said.
‘And it took me by complete surprise, and then the rest is history.’
The pair’s wedding was on August 4 2007 near Holly’s childhood home in Sussex, with the ceremony attended by guests including Dermot O’Leary and Fearne Cotton.
