Succession star Brian Cox has spoken about the impact his father’s death had on him as a child.
The actor starred as Logan Roy in the massively acclaimed series, which came to an end earlier this year.
Fans were in shock when Brian’s character died suddenly mid-way through the final season, leading to some of the most devastating – and important – scenes in the series.
Brian has now revealed filming his own death didn’t make him think about his own death anymore than usual, as it has been ‘omnipresent’ in his life since childhood.
Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Tuesday night, the actor was asked if filming the shock scene made him think about his own mortality.
To which Brian, 77, replied: ‘I’ve always thought about dying.
