Perhaps this is proof that business and pleasure don’t mix.

Gillian Anderson and Peter Morgan, creator of “The Crown,” have broken up amicably after four years together, Page Six has confirmed. The split comes after Anderson, 52, portrayed Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on the most recent season of the hit Netflix series.

The “Sex Education” star and Morgan, 57, met in 2016, but never moved in together.

Anderson’s rep declined to comment on her personal life.

Anderson divorced first husband Clyde Klotz in 1997. They share daughter Piper, 26, together. She and second husband Julian Ozanne announced their separation in 2006.

“The Fall” star later dated Mark Griffiths from 2006 to 2015. They have two sons, Oscar, 14, and Felix, 12.

Morgan has five children from his marriage to Lila Schwarzenberg.
