She is married to the England captain, has three beautiful children and lives in a £17million mansion.
But Kate Kane has still struggled with lack of confidence and the dreaded 'compare and despair' effect.
After the birth of her third child, Louis, Kate wrote beautifully about her labour and how she used hypnobirthing to alleviate her fears.
"I let a lot of negative stories get into my head from other people and what I read online," she said.
"I started to compare myself to other women and their births along with the pressure of being in and out of lockdown.
"I turned to hypnobirthing to get that feeling of control and confidence back."
Hypnobirthing is a method of pain management that can be used during labour and birth. It involves using a mixture of visualisation, relaxation and deep breathing techniques.
Kate's football ace husband Harry came under fire back in 2018 after he posted about the birth of his second child.
His praised his wife for choosing not to have pain relief for the delivery of their daughter Vivienne.
Explaining himself after the backlash, he said: "She was a lot less scared than the first time and she had lots of tips to deal with it, breathing tips to stay calm and she did it with no drugs.
"I posted about how proud I was of her and that's when the abuse came – like I was saying every woman should have their babies like this.
"I wasn't saying anything except how amazing she was. It's just weird that people can have these opinions about such a personal thing."
The couple had their third child in December last year. Their eldest child, daughter Ivy, is four.
The England captain urged social media platforms to do more to stop trolls hiding behind their online handles.
Fitness instructor Kate and Harry started dating while at school, and Harry popped the question in 2017.
They married in June 2019 with the Tottenham Hotspur striker posting: "Finally got to marry my Best Friend! I love you."
While all eyes were on Harry during the Euros, his wedding day was a more private affair.
The England captain and his childhood sweetheart tied the knot in a secret beachside ceremony.
He announced the news with a snap of himself and his new wife following their nuptials.
After England's loss on Sunday evening, Harry could be seen comforting his tearful wife in the stands.
Kate took to Instagram today, writing: "I'm proud of Harry, proud of how the squad conducted themselves and proud to tell my three kids about Euro 2020."
