Ivanka Trump got well and truly stuck in to Florida life this weekend when she took her kids to visit an alligator park, where the family enjoyed an airboat tour of the Everglades in the hopes of spotting some toothy reptiles.
The 39-year-old former First Daughter and her husband Jared Kushner, 40, were pictured enjoying an afternoon out with their three children at the Everglades Holiday Park on Sunday, with exclusive photos showing the family-of-five hopping aboard an airboat that then whisked them around the wetlands – which are home to thousands of alligators.
As well as the hour-long airboat tours, the park – which is located about an hour’s drive from the family’s new luxury Miami apartment – also offers visitors the chance to get a bit more up close and personal with some reptiles during a live alligator presentation, which takes place in its ‘world-famous’ gator pit.

Keep a lookout! The former First Daughter and her husband have spent the past week scoping out their new neighborhood – but ventured further afield on the weekend to visit the Everglades Holiday Park, which is about an hour from their Miami home
All aboard! Ivanka, 39, Jared, 40, and their kids, who were accompanied by two Secret Servive agents, enjoyed an airboat tour of the wetlands, during which guests are promised close encounters with all kinds of wildlife, including gators and snakes
Keep your eyes peeled! The Kushner clan all donned protective cloth face masks for the excursion, during which they were seen whipping around the Everglades on a private boat, which can reach speeds of up to 60 miles an hour
What can you see? Ivanka sat perched behind her daughter during the boat trip
Ivanka put on a very demure display for her gator-spotting expedition, wearing a mid-length blue shirt dress that was tied at the waist, along with a simple pair of lace-up boat shoes, and a straw visor. Her husband Jared, 40, also shielded himself against the Florida sun with a baseball cap, which he paired with a simple blue T-shirt, a pair of dark grey shorts, and black sneakers.
All three children were dressed for the warm Florida weather, with nine-year-old Arabella wearing shorts and a tank top, while her brothers donned sweatpants and T-shirts.
The whole family masked up in protective cloth face coverings, and Jared was seen toting around a bright blue backpack, no doubt filled with essentials for their big day out.
Accompanying them on the trip were two burly Secret Service agents, who kept a close watch over the family as they walked around the park, before joining them for their airboat tour across the wetlands.
Ivanka et al appear to have booked a private boat tour, with images showing the family-of-five enjoying the run of their own airboat, with their two Secret Service guards sitting just behind the family.
No doubt the alligator park tour was high on their list of must-do’s however – with the tourist attraction describing itself as one of the ‘top’ spots for visitors and locals alike.
‘Located in sunny South Florida just outside of Fort Lauderdale and Miami, our South Florida alligator park is a top attraction for locals and visitors alike, perfect for kids and adults of all ages,’ the website states.
‘Climb aboard one of our state-of-the-art vessels for an unforgettable Everglades airboat ride, then experience a live alligator presentation featuring the Gator Boys Alligator Rescue Team in our world-famous Gator Pit! With miles of wetlands before you, you’ll journey deep into the Everglades, zipping across the “River of Grass” at top speeds, with an expert tour guide leading the way.’
The description continues by promising guests the opportunity to ‘lock eyes with an American alligator and snap amazing pictures’ while coming ‘face-to-face with some of the Everglades’ most unusual and exciting animals’.
Everglades Holiday Park offers a range of experiences for budding wildlife explorers, from airboat tours to animal encounters, during which guests can snap photos with an albino alligator, and get the chance to meet skunks, raccoons, snakes, tortoises, and pigs.
Earlier in the day, the family was seen leaving Arte Surfside, the exclusive Miami building where they are currently renting an apartment.
The couple signed a one-year lease on their condominium in the property, which is one of the city’s most coveted oceanfront buildings, the Wall Street Journal reported last month.
It is unclear how much Ivanka and Jared are paying for the condo, but it’s safe to say the luxury property didn’t come cheap.
Arte is one of the most expensive complexes in the Surfside neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month. Its penthouse sold for $33million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York last month.

Their trip to the alligator park came at the end of a packed week, which saw the family scoping out their new neighborhood with a trip to the beach near their sprawling oceanfront apartment, and a visit to a local ice cream store, where Arabella, nine, Joseph, seven, and Theodore, four, were all seen enjoying sweet treats after school.
Ivanka took some time to kick back and relax after her busy week – and was seen lounging on the balcony outside her lavish new home on Monday morning, one day after enjoying her alligator park excursion.
The mother-of-three was pictured kicking off her week with some fresh air on the sprawling balcony, lying back on a cushioned sun lounger while she scrolled through her phone and took a quick call.

At one point the doting youngster was seen holding his mother’s hand in a touching display of affection before heading off to school for the day.
Ivanka appears to have quickly adapted to life in the Sunshine State, swapping the tailored suits and dresses she wore in D.C. in favor of a casual red-and-blue striped sun dress and a pair of dark sunglasses.
The dress featured a thigh-high slit on one side, and it looked as though the former First Daughter was wearing a bathing suit underneath it – perhaps in anticipation of a trip to the beach later on in the day.
Luckily for Ivanka and her family, they don’t have far to travel in order to reach the ocean, which lies just a stone’s throw from their condo, which is located in exclusive oceanfront building Arte Surfside.
While life has no doubt been something of roller coaster for the family over the past few weeks in the wake of Donald Trump’s election loss and departure from the White House, it seems as though Ivanka, Jared, and their three children, having quickly settled into Miami life.

One set of photos taken last week captured Ivanka and Jared playing on the beach with their sons Theodore, four and Joseph, seven.
While the boys reveled in the sand, Ivanka and Jared lounged on beach chairs, shielding themselves from the sun with hats and long sleeves.

Ivanka matched her children in a baby blue sweater, cream-colored skirt and pink tie-dye mask that she pulled down to devour an ice cream cone.
While a lot has changed for the Kushners, some things – like Ivanka’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle – have stayed the same.

The Javanka sightings last week came as a new report revealed that the couple saw their personal income drop more than 20 percent during former President Donald Trump’s final year in office.
The couple reported between $23.8million to $120million in income for 2020 in their financial disclosure forms as White House advisers.
That total marks a $36million decrease on the up to $156million the couple reported for the same period a year earlier, according to Bloomberg.
Officials are only required to disclose the value of their assets and their non-governmental income in broad ranges.
But while still extremely wealthy, the disclosure suggests that Ivanka and Jared have lost ground economically as a result of their controversial roles in Trump’s administration during his tumultuous final months in office.
The couple has also been impacted financially by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as they both have extensive holdings in businesses – such as hotels – which have been hard hit over the last 11 months.

Neither Ivanka, 39, nor Jared, 40, took a salary during their time as advisers to former President Trump.
In 2017, shortly after joining the White House staff, they reported an income of as much as $195million – $75million more than the couple disclosed this year. That initial disclosure, however, covered a longer period of time than 2020’s.
As for overall assets, the couple’s figures increased only a small amount, if at all, over the last four years – a period of time in which the stock market climbed more than 60 percent.
In their most recent disclosure, Javanka listed assets worth between $206million and $803million.
Comparatively, in 2017 they listed a figure between $241million and $741million, and in 2019 disclosed assets valued between $203million and $783million.
Both heirs to family real-state empires, Jared and Ivanka also have extensive holdings in businesses which have been hard hit by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which may account for their financial shortcomings.
