McDonald’s has launched a two-week January sale which include 15 per cent off when you spend £10 and £1.99 for a ‘core item’ such as a Big Mac.

The burger joints sale launched yesterday and will continue with new deals every day for the next two weeks-with offers exclusively available via the app.

Today, for example, customers can enjoy 15 per cent off with £10 minimum spend and tomorrow, if you spend £15 you save £5.

Meanwhile on Thursday, January 19, the chain is offering £1.99 for a core item, such as a Big Mac, and on Friday, January 20, there is 10 per cent off with a £10 minimum spend.

However these deals will only be available on the app on orders for collection or delivery – and delivery charges still apply.

These discounts can’t be redeemed through third-party apps like Uber Eats or Just Eat.

It comes after fans of fast food chain have been left shocked after discovering the fast-food chain has removed the Wrap of the Day deal from its delivery menus.

The brand confirmed that the £1.99 offer is no longer available via delivery to UK customers.

Wraps – which include flavours such as the Garlic Mayo Chicken One, The Sweet Chilli Chicken One, The Spicy Veggie One and The BBQ Chicken and Bacon One – usually cost £3.49 on their own, or £4.99 as part of a meal.

However, each day, a different wrap is offered for just £1.99 – a deal now only available in restaurants or via Click & Serve.

The discount has been pulled from the delivery menus on Uber Eats, Just Eat and the My McDonald’s app.

Earlier this month, McDonald’s launched a new spicy chicken wrap and brought back the popular Cheesy Garlic Bites as part of a menu update.

The fast-food chain released the Spicy Sriracha Chicken One, which will be available exclusively in the UK, and Ireland until the middle of February.

The ‘big flavour’ wrap comes with either crispy chicken breast or grilled chicken, spicy sriracha sauce, cucumber, slivered onions, and lettuce, in a soft, toasted wrap.

You can get your hands on the new wrap for just £3.89 or £6.19 as part of a large meal – but this isn’t the only new addition to the menu.

The brand also brought back some old favourites – such as the Aero Chocolate McFlurry, Aero Peppermint McFlurry, and Cheesy Garlic Bites.
