A mum couldn't stop laughing after receiving an urgent message pleading for help – from her robot vacuum cleaner.
The futuristic appliance named Mork sent out the distress call after becoming trapped in their home.
The woman's husband received an alarming notification on his phone after the gadget got into bother.
His wheel was lodged on the second floor ledge of their home – so he sent out an SOS.
The Australian mum, from New South Wales, shared a picture showing the vacuum dangling off the edge on the Mums Who Clean Facebook group.
Alongside it, she captioned the shot: "Husband sent me this – Mork our robot vacuum is stuck."
The side-splitting message read: "Mork requires your attention. Mork is stuck near a cliff".
The smart vacuum comes with cliff sensors – just in case it runs into trouble.
Other users loved her post and there were some brilliant replies and plenty of laughter at Mork's expense.
One wrote: "This has made my day! Poor Mork, our Kevin went down the backstairs and died. Now we have Penny."
Another said: ''Don't do it Mork. Step back from the cliff Mork! Think of the children!"
A third posted on the group: "This is so funny I want one for Christmas just so I can get these messages!"
One unlucky woman said her vacuum ended up flying off her staircase.
She put: "The sensor must of been dirty cause it didn't even stop at the stairs. It jumped straight off. Jeff wasn't happy that day to do the cleaning."
Poor old Mork! Hopefully the vacuuming robot made a full recovery.
