Prince Harry's Life Presents a 'Not-so-Small Problem' for His Upcoming Memoir — Expert

Prince Harry’s memoir hasn’t hit shelves yet but it already presents a problem, an expert says. The Duke of Sussex, who left the royal family along with Meghan Markle, has spent his life in the spotlight. According to a body language expert, that’s an issue when it comes to the 37-year-old’s forthcoming book.

Prince Harry’s memoir will debut in late 2022

Harry revealed he’d be joining the growing list of royals to write a book via a July 2021 Archewell announcement.

“I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become,” Harry said. “I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story—the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned—I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.”

He continued, saying he’s “deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far.” Additionally, Harry noted he’s “excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

Harry’s memoir will hit shelves in late 2022. It will be available in audiobook format as well as hard copy. As for the profits, the Duke of Sussex noted in his announcement he plans on donating them to charity.

A body language expert says Harry’s ‘left very little to the imagination’ which is a problem for his memoir

In the lead-up to Harry’s memoir, there’s been plenty of speculation surrounding what the Duke of Sussex will talk about. Will he discuss his mother, the late Princess Diana? Some say Diana will be a major part of the book. Others say his stepmother, Camilla Parker Bowles, could be heavily featured in its pages too.

Then, of course, there are the more recent events in Harry’s life. Will he open up about his and Meghan’s decision to step down from their roles as senior working royals? What about the state of his relationship with Prince William? Or his father, Prince Charles?

For now, royal watchers, fans, and experts alike will have to wait until Harry’s memoir gets released later in 2022.
