Stacey Solomon continues her autumn obsession as she takes Rex pumpkin picking with Joe Swash

Stacey Solomon's autumn obsession has almost reached its peak as she's been out pumpkin picking.

The Loose Women star, who has been decorating her home with stuffed jumpers in the shape of the vegetables, has finally got her hands on the real thing.

She took one year old Rex along with boyfriend Joe Swash to Foxes Farm to collect a whole assortment of pumpkins including a ghost and swan varieties which Stacey said Joe was fascinated with.

"Oh honestly I live for autumn," Stacey wrote as she shared a montage from their day out, saying how beautiful the field was.

Stacey was spoilt for choice when it came to picking out a selection of pumpkins, and made sure to stock up white versions which she planned on arranging when she got home.

The mum of three, whose two eldest sons Leighton, 12, and Zachary, eight, were at school, filmed Rex as dad Joe pushed him around in a wheelbarrow.

"Rex LOVED the wheelbarrow rides. Joe was obsessed with the swan squash. I stocked up on my ghost pumpkins," Stacey shared as she showed a clip of herself picking out the white pumpkins from a huge crate and piling them in her wheelbarrow.

The TV presenter was all wrapped up against the chilly autumn weather in a pair of light blue jeans, brown sheepskin boots and a white fur-trimmed coat.

Meanwhile Rex looked adorable in a pair of fox-printed dungarees, which Stacey said was from a small business called La La Loop, and a little brown lumber jacket.

Joe was equally thrilled with the day out, but looked confused as he picked up an unusual shaped pumpkin that Stacey said was called a swan variety.

Rex loved his time in the wheelbarrow sat on top of the pumpkins with Stacey joking that when they put more in the barrow, he threw them out.

The trio the asked the owner of the farm to take a picture of them with the pumpkins, with Stacey penning in the caption: "Asked the lady whos farm it was to take a picture, Rex just wanted to climb in the pumpkin box [sic]."

Stacey has been preparing her house for the autumn and recently shared her own hack for creating an autumnal wreath to hang on your door.

And it's only a matter of days before Stacey installs her autumnal door-scape that she had put up last year.

She has been keeping the faux flowers in storage and recently put some of them up in her garden before she gets her local florist to create another spectacular display.
