They might be regulars on our TV screens, but despite their fame, we have no idea who they really are.

So who are the faces behind the TV stars whose identity is kept secret?

The Body on The Cube

The infamous body that demonstrates the challenges on the Phillip Schofield hosted show is actually former TV presenter Andrianna Christofi.

Stunning Andrianna has appeared as The Body since the show started in 2009.

The 44 year old has always worked in the industry most notably as a singer, providing backing vocals for the likes of the Spice Girls and Boyzone.


Barney the Dinosaur

The man inside the famous purple dinosaur loved by children for decades is, in fact, actor David Joyner.

While another actor provided the voice for Barney, David did also enjoy small acting roles in House, That 70s Show, Hip Hop Harry and 24.

However, he now reportedly runs tantric sex workshops accepting only female clients from his home in Illoinois, charging £267 per session.


Incredibly, he credits his time in the Barney suit as inspiration for her career change.

“The energy I brought up in the costume is based on the foundation of tantra, which is love,” he reportedly added. “Everything stems, grows, and evolves from love.

"Even when you have emotionally blocked energy, the best way to remove it is to remove it with love, and then replace it with God’s divine love. Love heals and allows you to continue to grow.”

Deal or No Deal’s Banker

The voice behind the banker on Deal or No Deal was, in fact, executive producer Glenn Hugill.

Glenn spent his career both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, acting on Coronation Street as policeman Alan McKenna.

He went on to produce hit reality show Beauty and the Geek which he stayed firmly behind the scenes for.

Mr Blobby

Mr Blobby was played by Barry Killerby, a job he called 'exhausting and demanding'.

Barry, now aged 59, played the chaotic character from his debut on Noel's House Party in 1992, right through the nineties and up to guest appearances on TV shows like Big Fat Quiz of the Nineties, in 2012, when he terrorised a comedian Jack Whitehall.

He is still working as an actor and most recently appeared in The Last Acts of Harry Houdini in the West End.


The Stig

The Stig is the silent racing driver who remained a Top Gear mystery for years.

His true identity was eventually revealed as stuntman Ben Collins.

Racing driver and stunt man Ben Collins, 45, revealed he was the Stig in 2010, and consequently lost the job after seven years doing it.


Big Brother's narrator

Big Brother wouldn't have been the same without the voice of narrator Marcus Bentley.

Marcus never appeared on screen, but his Geordie accent is about as famous as the show itself.

He says he is confident that it will one day come back to screens and credits his favourite housemate as Nikki Graeme.
