Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams has been hit with controversy over many years – but his latest appears to have prompted his exit from the show.
Reports rom The Guardian claim the judge has made "sexually explicit" and "derogatory" remarks about the show's contestants, which he has since apologised for.

The publication claims to have seen transcripts which saw the judge calling one contestant a c**t and making a quip about one female contestant "thinks you want to f**k her".
At the time BGT released a statement stating they "do not condone the language outlined in these allegations", and it has since been claimed that the judge has now quit the show.
PR expert Rochelle White believes the decision to quit the show is a good move for David, adding that he's "taking the opportunity to step back".
Rochelle said it's not the nail in the coffin for the judge but said it's his chance to "re-evaluate his career".
She said: "We've seen this happen with many celebrities in the public eye and when taking a step back, this could work in his favour. It could be a move to address things that he has said and done and "rebrand" to move forward."
Rochelle continued: "As for Britain's Got Talent, they want to be seen as moving onwards and upwards from the controversy and bad press that has been associated with the show.
"For a show which is aimed at families this is no doubt going to be seen as a positive move and accepted by the general public. It could potentially bring back views or lose viewers who are a fan of him. I think time will tell in that instance."
David issued a statement to apologise for his "disrespectful comments" during breaks in filming in 2020.
A source has since told The Sun that David has now decided it's time to "move on" from the ITV talent show, with the source adding: "David has decided to bow out after a ten-year run. He wants to leave on a high after a wonderful time."
According to reports, things have not been finalised but it's "highly likely" that the star will not return.
