Glamorous Gemma Collins has been living her best life in lockdown with early rises and epic workouts.
And the reality queen hasn't been shy about showing off the hard earned results, shedding an incredible three stone and displaying her shrinking frame on Instagram.
Overhauling her diet and taking up cycling – as well as some hour-long, heart-pumping garden workouts – Gemma embarked on a mission to get healthy during the first lockdown.
And this morning she posed up a storm after her first night out in months.
Yesterday marked the reopening of pubs and restaurants outdoor, the GC celebrating like the rest of us with her pals.
"I feel fresh after the first night out," she captioned the snap, "it felt so nice just to go for a bit of dinner it was so lovely I hope you all enjoyed it guys.
"GC GYM WEAR who's excited? It's coming, I'm training an hour later today will upload videos in a bit, wishing you the most beautiful day."
Star-struck followers quickly took to the comments.
"You look lovely," one wrote.
Another offered: "Oh gemma! You look amazing!!"
A third called her "beautiful", while a fourth posted a string of heart emojis.
Gemma recently took to Instagram with workout snaps, working up a sweat in the back garden of her new dream home.
"KEEP MOTIVATED. STAY FOCUSED. NO EXCUSES. Trained 7-8 today boom done for the day," she wrote beside the photos, in which she gets breathless with a kettlebell.
And though Gemma is training hard and eating well, there's also another heartbreaking reason behind her health drive – she had suffered a miscarriage during the spring last year.

She told the Loose Women panel in August: "I went and saw a top specialist. I have had myself checked and he has actually told me – this is why I went on a massive weight loss journey this year.
"I've been doing it slowly, it's not been a massive fast, rapid thing, I want it to stay off this time – he said to me, 'You've got no cysts on your ovaries anymore, that's cleared up. So, we're winning.
