Even the police had a relatively quiet weekend, with just 96 offences recorded – which was 46% less than last year.
With such a successful festival done and dusted, fans are now wondering when and how to get their hands on tickets for 2020.
Tickets for Glastonbury 2019 sold out in half an hour after going on sale.

As it’s a special year for the Somerset festival, tickets are likely to be even more highly in demand.
When do tickets for Glastonbury 2020 go on sale?
The tickets for Glastonbury usually go on sale on a Sunday in October.
The Festival hasn’t officially revealed the date the tickets will go on sale for 2020.
Based on previous years, this will happen on the first weekend of the month, which would be October 6.
When tickets go on sale at 9am you have to have your registration number and postcode for each person you are buying for.
At this point you have to deposit £50 per ticket, but festival-goers will have until April 2019 to pay the remaining balance.
Keep in mind you have to be very quick, as tickets usually sell out within the first hour.
How much do Glastonbury tickets cost?
Each transaction can buy up to four tickets, which are £248 each plus a £5 booking fee.
This is what the tickets cost for 2019, so it could change for 2020.
Those going to the festival have to be 13 years old.
