Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has told her Instagram followers that she "can’t lift my head off the pillow" as she battles illness.
The 23-year-old, who made an army of fans during her time as an armchair critic on the Channel 4 show, explained that she has been suffering with a migraine.
She's also had vertigo, which the NHS describes as "the feeling that you, or the environment around you, is moving or spinning".

Apologising to her followers for being quiet on her social media, Amy wrote: "Sorry for the radio silence guys.
"Currently in bed, can’t lift my head off the pillow with a severe migraine and vertigo."
The TV star also assured her fans that she had medicine for her health issues.
"I’m on pills and will be back soon," she said.
Amy is popular on Instagram, where she boasts an impressive 79,000 followers.
The brunette – who got her big break on Gogglebox in 2013 alongside her parents Nikki and Jonathan and brother Josh – regularly gives them a look at her life off camera.
This includes addressing her weight struggles, something she has said she has been dealing with since she was a child.
Amy has been committed to following a healthy eating and exercise regime for some time and is thought to have lost several stone.
Earlier this year she shared that she had "dropped four jumper sizes" so far.
Her fans have been cheering her on all the way, posting encouraging messages on all of Amy's snaps.
One recent image of the star in a flowing black summer dress had fans calling her "beautiful" and "stunning".
"You look amazing," gushed one admirer, while another simply posted: "Wowowowow."
Gogglebox airs Fridays on Channel 4 at 9pm
