Comedian Katherine Ryan has teased a future role on Strictly Come Dancing – but it’s not what you would expect.
The Netflix star has never been one to shy away from her love of music after delighting fans with her impressive vocal range under the guise of her character Pigeon on The Masked Singer back in 2013.
Now, the mum-of-three has exclusively revealed to Daily Star that she could be swapping her trainers for a pair of dancing shoes in the future.

After teaming up with meal kit company Gousto on their latest campaign – The Dinner Show hub, the funny-woman confessed she has been offered a chance to appear on the BBC One ballroom show but always turned it down.
When asked why she had always refused to appear on the show, she told us that currently “can’t dedicate the time it needs to be good”.
Katherine explained: “There have been some sort of gentle chats every year to see if I would be interested and the reality is that my job is to be a stand-up comedian.
“Strictly is a wonderful show and I love watching my friends on there, but it’s such a time commitment that I'm either usually on tour being a stand-up comedian or in the last two years I've had small children and I just don’t think I could be away from them for the amount of rehearsal time that it takes.”
But that hasn’t put the TV star off competing on the show in the future, and even hinted that she would jump at the chance when her children are a little older.
She explained: “One day when they’re bigger like my eldest daughter Violet, she’s 14 and she doesn’t care where I am, so maybe when I'm older.
“I love to dance, I love music and that is why I really loved getting stuck into The Masked Singer. Anything with music, dancing, rap, like old-school showbusiness.
“So I would love to do Strictly, but right now I can’t dedicate the time it takes to be good,” she confessed.

It was at this point that the star warned the longest-serving judge on the BBC show that she will be coming for their job on the show.
The comic warned: “I’m gonna go straight to judge, I'll kick Craig off – it's fine we’re the same [dress] size.”
