Katy Perry is a modern-day music legend.
The singer rose to fame with her record-breaking Teenage Dream EP, making her the first female artist in history to score five number one singles from the same album on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Over recent years, Katy has endured a lengthy spat with Taylor Swift, released a number of chart-topping hits, welcomed her first child and settled down with her fiancé Orlando Bloom.

'Wild stallion' fiancé
Katy has been going strong with her fiancé Orlando Bloom for a number of years.
The Lord of the Rings star, 45, popped the question on Valentine's Day 2019.
They have since welcomed a daughter Daisy Dove Bloom and despite secret wedding rumours, have yet to officially tie the knot.
When it comes to their intimate love-life, however, both Katy and Orlando have been pretty forthcoming.
During a radio show appearance in Australia earlier this year, Katy was asked to comment on whether Orlando had toned things down since welcoming Daisy.
The question followed naked photos of the star paddle-boarding leaking online – but Katy remained defiant.
She told the Kyle And Jackie O Show: "He's not changed one bit!
"You can't put reigns on that man! He's a wild stallion, and that's how I like it!"
Katy's chart-topping hit I Kissed A Girl launched her career and as it turns out, was based on a true story.
While accepting an award at the Human Rights Campaign gala in March 2017, Katy revealed she in fact "did more than kiss a girl" – declaring her sexuality as "not black and white".
She said: "Truth be told, I did more than [kiss a girl] and how was I going to reconcile that with the gospel-singing girl raised in youth groups that were pro conversion camps?
"What I did know is that I was curious, and even then, I knew that sexuality wasn't as black and white as this dress."
Sex drive complaint
Katy isn't the only one spilling secrets about their romantic relationship, as Orlando also recently revealed a public complaint about their sex life.
Speaking in March last year, the actor implied in an interview that he and the Teenage Dream singer aren't getting intimate as much as he would like them to.
Asked how often he has sex, Orlando cheekily told The Guardian: "Not enough – we just had a baby, though."
Katy and Orlando initially began dating in January 2016 but in March 2017, called off their relationship.
While separated – the pair eventually reconciled in February 2018 – Katy made an appearance on The Late Late Show where she ranked three of her exes' bedroom skills to host James Corden.
Surprisingly, Orlando only placed in second.
Topping Katy's list of best lovers was notorious Hollywood lothario John Mayer.
The crooner, 45, has also dated Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson.
Her now-fiancé Orlando placed second on Katy's list of best lovers while the Never Really Over hitmaker also ranked international DJ Diplo as her third best conquest.
She later added: "They're all amazing lovers and I would have sex with all of them after I get out of this place!"
Ex's foreplay dig
Prior to her romances with John Mayer and Orlando Bloom, Katy famously dated Gym Class Heroes frontman Travie McCoy.
Following the pair's relationship breakdown, Katy's 2010 Teenage Dream album featured a song called Circle the Drain – with the lyrics calling out an ex lover for "falling asleep during foreplay" due to a drug problem.
Fans were convinced the song was about Katy's relationship with Travie and he later addressed the rumours.
In a pointed dig at his ex, Travie told MTV News: "I heard she put out a song that's about me, or about some old habits or whatever and I look at it like this: I'm just stoked that she finally has a song with some substance on her record."
