Kim Kardashian has been slated online after posing with a picture featuring dozens of designer shopping bags meanwhile "people are starving".
The reality TV celebrity posted a message on Instagram about a giveaway that could land one lucky winner a prize of $130,000 (£110,000).
Fans of the US socialite, 41, signalled their anger, with one saying: "Are u serious Kim? What kind of tasteless trash is this? It’s not cute."

Another commented: "Kim baby people are dying," and "People are starving," with a third adding: "Kim you just spent all the money I ever made in one photograph."
Some online fans claimed the giveaway by the social media influencer was well below the mark, with one pointing out: "It’s astounding a billionaire needs to participate in scams still."
Many commentators, who wanted to enter the freebie competition, said they would use the money for a down payment on a house – not on tacky designer handbags.
This isn't the first time the 41-year-old has been criticised regarding the issue of money, as earlier this year during a now infamous interview with Variety, Kim said no one wanted to work anymore and as a result was called "out of touch".
