Kim Kardashian tested positive for Covid as KUWTK production was forced to stop

Kim Kardashian West has revealed she tested positive for Covid-19 in the latest episode of the hit reality TV show.

The billionaire businesswoman had Covid while she was preparing to take a law exam last year.

Kim said the virus was passed after looking at her five-year-old son, Saint, who caught the virus while attending school.

The virus spread to both Kim and her three other children and caused filming for Keeping Up With The Kardashians to be halted.

Following the revelation in the recent episode, Kim had to speak out on Twitter following an article by BuzzFeed news that suggested the star caught it while on her infamous private island birthday bash.

In a reply to a tweet by BuzzFeed, Kim said: "False. Nobody caught Covid from the trip. Saint was the first to have it in our family and he caught it from school from another student who tested positive first.

"I then developed symptoms and got it a few days after he coughed on me while caring for him."

The show documents what was going on behind closed doors, which saw Kim share her worry about Saint as he was crying and coughing, leading to her catching the virus.

A message shows on screen: "Kim and the family tested positive for Covid. Production shut down for 14 days while the family and crew quarantined."

The 40-year-old went through covid while studying for a law exam, which she had previously failed.

She said in the post: "We’re supposed to be doing 12-hour study sessions every day leading up to the test, and I’ve just been feeling so sick and so just awful with Covid that I can hardly even get out of bed and study."

Kim described studying with Covid as difficult but felt more prepared for the exam this time around.

In a response to a Twitter follower, Kim said: "No excuses!!! I took the bar with COVID!!! I almost passed out after hour 4, but I still did it!"

She confirmed the results of the law exam on social media this week and was not great news.

Kim wrote: “Unfortunately I haven’t passed yet, but I’m not giving up and I’m preparing to take it again soon.”
