Newly single Katie Price makes dig at ex Carl Woods on boozy night out

Newly single Katie Price has made a fresh dig at her ex Carl Woods while on a night out with pals.

The TV legend and car salesman Carl called it quits earlier this year after a turbulent two-year relationship.

Carl claimed the reason why he ended things with Katie was because the former glamour model had cheated on him.

Despite their messy split, it seems the 44-year-old is enjoying her new single life as she was spotted on a boozy night out with friends last night (December 1).

Never one to hold her tongue, Katie, while partying with pals, took the chance to make a savage swipe at ex-Carl.

Taking to the dance floor at a club, Katie belted out the lyrics to the iconic 1991 song Finally by CeCe Peniston, according to The Sun.

In an apparent dig at her ex-fiancé, Katie loudly sang the lyrics, including ones about “meeting Mr. Right.”

She sang the opening lines: “Meeting Mr. Right, the man of my dreams, The one who shows me true love, or at least it seems.”

Katie went on to put on a very energetic performance as she stormed across the stage.

At the end of the song, Katie giggled away and said: "I'm so sorry guys, I love that song, I just had to gate-crash it."

She then hugged a singer, Aiesha Naomi, on stage before adding: “I'm in trouble… again.”

Carl first announced the news of his and Katie’s split last week (November 22).

He said he was incredibly "embarrassed" to make the announcement and claimed Katie had confessed she had slept with another man, prompting him to call time on their relationship.

He told fans: "So, there's no easy way for me to say this and to be honest with you, it's quite embarrassing.

"But me and Kate, are not together anymore. I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me. She's admitted that she cheated on me. She slept with somebody else."

He added: "So yeah, that's the end of that. I guess I'm just gonna focus on rebuilding myself and get my life back on track. And concentrating on me, but that's done."

The couple subsequently unfollowed each other on the social media platform in a further sign of animosity.

Katie and Carl began dating in June 2020 after meeting through TV work and mutual friends.
