Tonight’s episode of Emmerdale saw Pete Barton (played Anthony Quinlan) make a deal with Nate Robinson (Jurrell Carter) which could lead to his demise and exit. After leaving Moira (Natalie J Robb) to deal with her own farm alone, could she take the ultimate revenge following Pete’s devastating betrayal.
Pete tried to help Moira get back on her feet this evening as he organised a meeting with a loyal customer.
However, when the customer arrived he saw Moira had sank a bottle of wine and wasn’t in the best frame of mind.
He ultimately left and ceased trading with the farm, which left Pete doubting Moira’s dedication to running the farm.
So, it’s no surprise, he has moved on to partner with Nate after he made a surprising offer.

Approaching Pete outside the Woolpack, Nate began: “It was a serious offer Pete.”
“Well, that’s what worries me,” he replied. “As far as bad ideas go, it has got a lot going for it.”
Nate continued: “It’s got a lot going for it full stop but I could really do with someone who knows what they’re doing.
“We’d make a great team and you know it.”
While Pete raised some concerns about Kim Tate (Claire King) owning the land Wylie’s Farm is on, Nate reassured him.
He explained it would their business to do with as they saw fit.
“Come on, you had big plans for that place once with your mum and dad,” Nate continued.
“I know Moira ignores your ideas but I wouldn’t.”

Pete continued to push Nate away but the new farmer insisted it was in Pete’s best interests to leave Moira and her farm behind, especially now she’s hit the bottle.
“Not for me, with me,” Nate told him. “And not some small stake, an equal partnership in our business, our own farm.”
Nate then agreed to split the business 50/50 with Pete, who confirmed: “Moira is in self-destruct. I’m not going down with her.”

With Pete now siding with Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Moira’s number one enemy, could he find himself in the firing line of the pair?
Moira will certainly do all she can to ruin their partnership and Cain is no different.
The pair don’t want Nate to settle in the village and if they have to take out Pete to run him out of Emmerdale, it’s likely they will.
Moira has already killed Pete’s mother Emma so what’s to say she won’t do the same to Pete.
Emmerdale continues Tuesday on ITV at 7pm.
