Emmerdale spoilers – 'Most dramatic episode EVER' seals fate of key characters; plus Coronation Street & EastEnders news

EMMERDALE shock as multiple characters were left injured in one of the show's most dramatic episodes to date.

Last night's dramatic episode saw Gabby Thomas' gun victim revealed, a terrifying car crash and Noah Dingle start to get his comeuppance.

Alongside this, viewers saw a first of it's kind stunt, which producers kept tight-lipped about.

And fans have taken to Twitter to express just how action-packed the episode was.

One wrote: "A storm, a car crash pile up, a plane crash, a fire in a maze, falling off a bridge and plunging down a waterfall, 20 fires in the Woolpack, a barn explosion, a siege and that car crash last night with the leccy pylon is what made the team stunned to silence? OK!"

Another said: "Just seen #Emmerdale from last night, an exciting episode. Nothing quite went how you might have predicted I thought and it was dramatic.

"I hope we see a turnaround in Al’s character from here as I think there is potential to go deeper with him than the feud and scheming."

And a third wrote: "There was a lot going on in this episode. Quite sad about Faith. I hope Noah gets reported otherwise it could lead to worse things as he grows up. What he did was totally wrong. He's done this before. I no its only a soap but this does happen in real life".

Emmerdale’s Samantha Giles apologises to Gemma Collins

EMMERDALE star Samantha Giles has apologised to Gemma Collins after joking she'd punch her if they met in person.

The soap favourite took to Twitter to explain that her "joke" had been "misguided" – and said she "held her hands up" to her wrongdoing.

Samantha, 50, gave her opinion on reality TV stars earlier this week, telling the Daily Star she "hadn't got a clue" who they were.

But turning her attentions to Gemma, 41, she went on: "That Gemma Collins, I think I’d punch her if I ever came across her.

"I don’t know – how can someone so talentless and revolting have made so much money?

"I wouldn’t mind if she’d give it away and did something good with it, but all she seems to do is put more s*** on her face and do her nails."

But now, Samantha has apologised in a tweet – explaining that the comments had been "taken out of context".

"I’m aware that comments I made on a press red carpet have been taken out of the context I meant them, so I’d like to apologise to Gemma," she wrote.

"I'd like to apologised for my misjudged jokes which I honestly didn’t mean. I hope this apology is acceptable. Hands held up from me."

It comes days after Gemma signed a huge £1million deal with New Look as she is set to become the face of the brand.

Corrie fans all have the same complaint about Roy’s Rolls

Corrie viewers had a bone to pick with long-running cafe Roy's Rolls.

Fans of the ITV soap were too distracted by the state of the cafe run by veteran Corrie character Roy Cropper to notice the drama unfolding before them.

They called for the cafe to be remodelled or at the very least given a bit of a clean as they complained of it being "dirty".

“#Corrie The walls in #RoysRolls are so dirty I’m sure the place would be closed down!!” complained one fan on Twitter.

    Emmerdale fans seriously distracted

Emmerdale fans were too caught up in a change to the show's style to notice the drama unfolding before them last night.

The ITV soap used a series of flash-forwards to start every episode this week to help Emmerdale fans make sense of what is in store for some of their favourite characters.

In the gloomy start to the episodes, viewers have seen so far a misty graveyard with an open grave, the slamming of an iron police cell door and heard a gunshot ringing out into the woods.

Despite the clues of the dramatic scenes to come on Emmerdale, fans were very distracted by the change to the format.

"So it's not just the flashback intro all the soaps are getting into, it's the 'it's all kicking off' ones eh? Just have a woodland battle royale and have done at this point," complained one fan on Twitter.

Another added: "Can’t keep up with these flashforwards…"
