The ITV Good Morning Britain presenters were discussing the hot weather today.
And they had BBC radio presenter and comedienne Judi Love giving her say on the heat.
Suffice to say, the 39-year-old star had some quirky methods for keeping cool.
Chatting to GMB presenters Kate Garraway and Adil Ray, Judi commented: “Put some sweet potato under your armpit and let that dry.”
Adil exclaimed: “Woah, what? Is that a real thing?”
Judi replied: “Yep, I let it dry out. You do it at home as a little remedy.”
The brunette also recommended that people get their “batty riders” on.
According to Urban Dictionary, these are very small and tight female shorts, which allow you to see a woman’s butt cheeks.
Adil, 45, exclaimed: “There you go people of Britain, you’ve heard it here first.
“Wear your batty riders and get some sweet potato and shove it under your armpits.”
Well that’s certainly one way to keep cool.
The cheeky chat came as it’s predicted temperatures could hit a whopping 39 degrees today.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am.
