WHEN Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde hooked up, it sparked fury from her ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis.
Now the two men could come face to face in an awkward encounter while filming their latest projects.
Best Song Ever singer Harry is jetting into London to work alongside The Crown star Emma Corrin on new movie My Policeman, in which he plays a troubled lover with a secret.
And he may be shooting at the same studios where Jason is based for his Apple TV sitcom Ted Lasso.
A source tells me: “Harry is appearing in My Policeman. It’s a big production backed by Amazon based on a very successful book, so there are high hopes for it.
“But the filming process could prove pretty awkward because bosses are trying to secure studio space at the same complex where Olivia’s ex Jason is working too.
“If both are sharing a studio complex, there’s a real possibility for a very awkward encounter.
“It’s the sort of thing that sounds like a film plot in itself. You almost couldn’t write it.”
Harry and Olivia’s romance emerged in January, when pictures showed them hand-in-hand together at the California wedding of his manager.
There had been controversy over when exactly Olivia split from Jason, a fellow Hollywood leading star, with a statement saying they had separated in November.
Jason is understood to have been heartbroken by the news Olivia had moved on with Harry, who she had gushed about months earlier after casting him in film Don’t Worry Darling, which she is directing.
Jason is said to remain keen to salvage the relationship and has since been seen hugging Olivia while the pair co-parent their two children.
But US reports this week say Harry and Olivia’s romance is intensifying, with the pair “inseparable” away from the set.
It feels like there are still plenty of twists and turns to come in this very Hollywood blockbuster.
Ashley takes a shine
ASHLEY Roberts hasn’t lost her sparkle, despite it being almost a year since she performed live.
The Pussycat Dolls singer posed in this sequin dress for the new issue of Euphoria mag.
The group did their first public concert in a decade at Heaven nightclub in central London last February, ahead of an arena reunion tour that had been set to take place last spring.
It is now pencilled in for May, although that is expected to be delayed again until next year, assuming Covid rules are eased.
That’s a long wait for fans of the Dolls, who have been desperate to see a full show from the girls ever since they announced they were getting back together in 2019.
Still, better late than never, I suppose.
‘A big sweaty congregation’
FOALS are busy working on new material after 2019 album Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part One won them a Brit Award. But live gigs are still a way off.
Frontman Yannis Philippakis said: “We’ll start making a record this year but I don’t know when it will be ready. We’re going to start putting our heads together. There are lots of exciting and promising starts.”
But he also told NME: “A lot of what’s great about our shows is people coming together en masse. That feels unimaginable right now – a big, sweaty congregation.”
Bey's a sport
FANS of outfits that take you from Bey to night will love this new look from the US superstar.
Beyonce posed in a pair of black and gold shorts with a matching top from her Ivy Park range – the third collection from her collaboration with Adidas.
Given how popular she is, I have no doubt it will sell out in minutes.
Gemma's wild side
SHE’S dated her fair share of hairy creatures in her time but Gemma Collins is looking to charm other animals this Valentine’s Day.
Speaking about settling in at her new home in Essex, she said: “The first thing I did was buy this fake badger. It’s to attract other wildlife to the garden.
“So I’m hoping the real badgers will sniff my fake badger out and then everyone can live in my garden, every animal possible.”
On The Gemma Collins Podcast on BBC Sounds, the telly favourite added: “One of the local donkey charities in Essex wants to make me a patron.
“I have to do a course on how to look after donkeys and then I’m thinking I will just rescue every donkey possible. So I am really looking forward to that.”
Just don’t make an ass of yourself, Gemma.
Dad’s ‘a d***’
BRITNEY SPEARS’ boyfriend has branded her father a “d**k” in a shocking outburst amid her battle to be free from her dad’s control.
Model Sam Asghari lashed out at Jamie Spears following a US documentary called Framing Britney Spears.
It details the treatment of the star under her conservatorship, which has allowed Jamie to control her life and finances since her breakdown in 2007, and backs the #FreeBritney movement.
Speaking out for the first time, Sam wrote on Instagram: “. . . I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way.
“In my opinion Jamie is a total d**k. I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected our privacy.”
Britney has spent several months in a legal battle trying to end the conservatorship.
A Friday feeling for no1
THEY found fame in 2019 after their hilarious car dance video to MK’s remix of 1995 Nightcrawlers song Push The Feeling On went viral.
And now the shoot’s stars Mufasa and The Hypeman have teamed up with Riton for another remix of the track.
Friday is now at No24 in the Official Singles Chart, up 37 places from last week, and the pair, who come from New York, think the tune could get to the top spot.
When asked about the track’s chances, they said: “We think it could get to No 1 for sure. With the video for Friday, we did three different versions and picked the best one. We had no idea it would do so well.”
Celebs including Katy Perry, Gordon Ramsay and Kanye West have since made their own versions of the video – which has now been viewed almost seven million times.
The pals are planning to create more videos too, adding: “We will do another. We’re just waiting for the right song.”
Matt slams support
FORMER X Factor winner Matt Cardle thinks it is “a miracle” that the show hasn’t been plagued with tragedy like Love Island.
Matt, who became addicted to prescription pills and alcohol after he beat One Direction to take the talent show title in 2010, hit out at the contest for its “public shaming” and lack of aftercare.
He said: “It is a miracle no one died. You’re playing with people’s hopes and dreams. If you bring someone up then cast them aside, that can be enough to drive them to the edge.
“We were flying on the edge of it not being OK at times, with things that happened with some of the contestants.
“I do think there should have been more aftercare.
“Ticker tape comes down, they’re like, ‘Thanks for that, see you later, good luck’. You walk out the door and you can’t move because everyone knows who you are.
“In 2013 and 2014, there was nobody looking over me or after me. I was in London on my own, pretty desperately unhappy.
“That’s why I’m glad they’ve wised up, especially with what’s happened with some of the people from Love Island.”
Matt details his battle to beat his addictions in current single Purple Crayon and his upcoming album, which will include a track about his time in rehab.
He added: “I’m fine now. And if we can use this album to do some good, that’s where I’ll start to feel better about it.”
