Strictly Come Dancing fans saw HRVY and Janette Manrara kick off Saturday evening’s show with a “hot, hot, hot” Salsa. The pair were flooded with compliments from the judges and when it came to receiving their scores, Shirley Ballas surprised them by awarding the first 10 points of the series. But due to the score coming fairly early on in the process, some fans were left criticising her decision.

The pair were given a total of 27 points, which included Head Judge Shirley’s 10.

But fans were soon left hitting out at the score, just four weeks into the competition.

One shared on Twitter: “Not at all 10 worthy….. I mean it was good but…. not that #Strictly.”

Another added: “It’s never too earl-” IT IS TOO EARLY. #Strictly.”
