ITV extend I'm A Celebrity to movie-length tonight to cram in all the drama amid Naughty Boy's departure

ITV has extended tonight's episode to a bumper hour-and-a-half epic to cram in all the drama.

The series, which increased its running time from 60 to 80 minutes after fans complained it was over too soon, is upping the ante again.

Tonight's visit to North Wales will begin at 9pm on ITV as normal, right after the Martin Lewis Money Show.

But it won't end until 10.30pm, when it will give way to the ITV news, giving it the sort of running time reserved for movies.

The show will include all the drama leading up to Naughty Boy's shocking departure from camp – as well as the fallout when he leaves.

It will also see another of the celebs booted out of camp, with Matty Lee the bookies' favourite for the Thursday night axe.

Plus there is of course another trial plus a Castle Coin Challenge to enjoy.

I'm A Celeb is one of ITV's big bankable shows alongside Britain's Got Talent and Love Island – and has plenty of ads as a result.

Last night's show saw Naughty Boy evicted from the castle – but not before having one final clash with EastEnders' Adam Woodyatt.

He follows former Strictly judge Arlene Phillips, Paralympian Kadeena Cox and DJ Snoochie Shy in getting the chop after a public vote.

Speaking after his departure the 40-year-old insisted the rows that defined his time on the show weren't his fault.

He said: "I've learnt that when you're in a situation like in the castle you can't take anything personally.

"When someone's frustrated they're frustrated because of the situation they're in and just how to get on with people and support each other and not really take anything for granted."
