The 48-year-old star displayed her age-defying looks as she appeared on the red carpet for the WSJ Innovator Awards in New York on Wednesday night.
Leaving little to the imagination, Kate wore black underwear underneath a sheer dress that also displayed her toned midriff.
Oozing glamour, Kate posed for the cameras with one hand on her hip as she pouted in the outfit with a stylish lace bodice.
Kate wore her hair up in a glamorous do, with a veil attached to the top of her head which connected with her beautiful outfit.

Kate accessorised with huge glistening earrings and a long pendant, and sported black heels to compliment her look.
Putting her derriere on display, the star was pictured walking along with clutch bag in hand as she entered the awards, which recognises groundbreaking talents from a range of disciplines, including fashion, art, entertainment.
The gown is the work of Saint Laurent and is a popular number among models, including Naomi Campbell and Bella Hadid.
The event was attended by big names across the fashion and showbiz world, including Hailey Bieber, Amber Valletta and Anthony Vaccarello, who posed with Kate for a photo while having dinner.
Ever the fan of a stylish look, Kate was pictured in September with her daughter Lila, 19, while attending a Tommy Hilfiger campaign.

The pair later dressed down for a trip to a vintage market in New York.
Lila, who is signed to supermodel Kate’s modelling agency, was seen trying on a pair of cowboy boots as they combed through stalls on a street market.
Since Kate signed Lila aged 14, she has gone on to model for a number of big fashion houses including Marc Jacobs.
Last September they worked together and helped close Fendi and Versace’s collaborative show at Milan Fashion Week.
The Big Apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree for Kate and Lila.
