Love Island producers create very intimate set for new dating show The Cabins

PASSION-seekers taking part in new dating show The Cabins will be cosying up to each other in no time if this first look at the set is anything to go by.

The makers of Love Island are trying out a fresh format after the ITV2 show was cancelled this year due to the pandemic.

They pulled both the June series and next year’s winter edition.

But The Cabins, which involves hopefuls spending the night together in a luxury hideaway in the middle of nowhere in the UK, will air on the same channel at 9pm on January 4.

Describing the hotly-anticipated new show, bosses said: “Singletons are ditching the dating apps, giving up the ghosting and casting off the catfishers in favour of spending 24 hours getting to know each other in an intimate log cabin.

“Each sumptuous cabin boasts a hot tub, games room, romantic outdoor seating and fully equipped kitchens to rustle up date-worthy treats.

“After 24 hours together, the couples must decide if they are lovestruck – or lovelorn.”
