Love Island is believed to have signed up hunky footballer Dennon Lewis to enter Casa Amor.
The second villa is set to debut in the coming episodes, after the ITV2 reality show dropped numerous teasers alluding to its customary return.
According to The Sun, Love Island bosses have signed up Wealdstone footballer Dennon Lewis, 22, to disrupt the couples in Casa Amor.
Speaking to the publication, an insider said: ‘Dennon’s worked hard all season and can’t wait to kickstart his summer in the villa.
‘He’s fit, athletic and charming and will ruffle plenty of feathers once he starts to mingle with the girls.’
The footballer hit headlines after speaking out on the ‘disgusting’ racist abuse he received in 2018 while playing for Falkirk in the Scottish Championship.
Speaking on Twitter about the abuse at the time, Dennon wrote: ‘I have never gone through a period like this in my life.
‘I know that I will not and cannot stand for this.’
Dennon joins Dan Rose and Joanna Chimonides in the rumour mill for the second villa, with the former believed to have his eye on Amy Hart.
Casa Amor has been a major part of Love Island since 2017, known for splitting up couples in brutal fashion by testing the loyalty to their other halves.
ITV faced criticism last year for causing the Islanders stress when Dani Dyer broke down over the arrival of Jack Fincham’s ex-girlfriend in Casa Amor – with this year’s twists believed to be helping romances bloom rather than cause too much outrage.
Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9pm.
