Ronan Keating's wife Storm shares update on son's hospital dash after being 'worried sick'

RONAN Keating's wife Storm has updated fans after their son Cooper was rushed to hospital.

The four-year-old was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and his distraught parents were "worried sick".


Storm, 39, shared a photo of Cooper resting in his hospital bed.

She wrote: "48hrs we are happy to see the back of. Thank you to everyone for your prayers and well wishes – they worked (!) because our little man is on the mend and on the way home too ♥️

"Huge thanks to all the wonderful staff @chelwestft who were simply amazing 🙌 This mummy is exploding with joy and relief to be bringing @cooper_keating home with daddy."

It's not yet clear what happened to the youngster however Ronan spoke of their terrifying hospital dash yesterday and shared pictures of Cooper using an oxygen mask.

Jamie Rednapp said: "Hope all ok mate ❤️."

He shared another photo with Cooper looking in better spirits, sitting up in bed and watching cartoons.

Ronan thanked the staff at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and captioned the photos: "Not the 24hrs I had imagined. But ya never know what life has in store. This little guy is an absolute Trooper.

"I’m blown away with his strength and charm. Mum & Dad are a mess worried sick and he takes it in his stride. I am so incredibly grateful to the staff @chelwestft you guys rock."

His celebrity fans rushed to send their love.

Aaron Crascall wrote: "sending love!" and Jason Manford said: "Thinking of you mate."

Ronan and his fashion designer wife Storm, 39, share two kids.

Storm married Boyzone singer Ronan in 2015, meeting while both were working on the Australian X Factor. 

As well as son Cooper, born in 2017, they are parents to daughter Coco, born in March last year.

In June, Storm revealed she faces a year of rehab after having emergency surgery on her spine.

She was diagnosed with cauda equina syndrome last month, a rare condition where the nerves in the lower back are severely compressed.
