Strictly Come Dancing: Eddie chats to Claudia Winkleman
Strictly Come Dancing’s Eddie Kadi is the latest star to be booted off of this year’s series as he and professional partner Karen Hauer left the show on Sunday night.
The comedian went head to head with Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima as both couples had to perform their dances once again.
BBC fans saw Eddie take to the dancefloor to do his Samba routine to Calm Down by Rema and Selena Gomez, while Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima performed their American Smooth to Can’t Fight The Moonlight.
Once both stars had finished their dances, it was time for the judges to decide who they wanted to keep in the competition.
Commenting on both performances, Craig Revel Horwood said: “For me, the quality of dance in this couple was far superior and the couple I would like to save is Zara and Graziano.”

Judge Motsi Mabuse stated that although the decision was really close, it came down to the details overall which resulted in her saving Zara.
With two votes going to the former Love Island star, it was time to see who Anton Du Beke wanted to stay in the show as he said: “Well, I thought that was an excellent dance-off.
“I thought both couples danced very, very well but for me with a slightly cleaner technique, I’d like to save Zara and Graziano.”
With three votes going to Zara, it resulted in Eddie becoming the next star to leave the competition.

Head judge Shirley Ballas also revealed if she had voted, she would have also chosen to save Zara over Eddie.
Speaking to presenter Tess Daly about his time on the show, Eddie had nothing but praise as he said: “I’ve really enjoyed this, it’s something I’ve always wanted to do – I love dancing.
“This has been the highest moment of my career – it’s the happiest I’ve ever been, but not just for me – my family – my little baby girl is at home doing the Men in Black dance.
“More importantly, this little African boy, I just wanted my culture to shine. Everything I stand for, when it comes to my comedy when it comes to my presenting, is based on my culture, is based on my upbringing and I wanted that to shine most importantly.”
Sadly for Eddie, his routine from Saturday night landed him at the bottom of the leaderboard after being awarded 24 by the judges.
On the other hand, Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin are storming ahead with a total of 39, the highest score of the competition so far.
Next weekend the remaining couples will be returning for a Strictly spook-tacular Halloween special.
Strictly Come Dancing continues next Saturday on BBC One from 6:40pm.
