The Chase star Mark Labbett jokingly asked ITV bosses for a new show during Wednesday's edition of the popular quiz show.
Host Bradley Walsh welcomed four new contestants to the show for the third episode of the week.
The cheeky presenter was eager to see them all get through to the final with some money in-hand.
Quiz champion Mark was in the hot seat trying to prevent the hopefuls from going home with the cash prize.
Caroline, Allan, Harry and Sue all took it in turns to take on the cash builder and later went head-to-head with The Beast in an intense round of general knowledge questions.
Wedding photographer Harry was the first contestant to try his luck and managed to answer three questions correctly in his cash builder round, earning £3,000.
Ahead of the head-to-head round, the player was given three options by the Chaser.
He could play for the money earned in the cash builder and start three steps down the board, requiring five correct answers to reach home.
Alternatively, Harry could accept a higher offer and start two steps down, or accept a lower offer and start four steps down.
Harry turned to his teammates for some advice and decided to play it safe and accepted the £1,000 offer.
During the tense head-to-head round, Mark halted the show to ask ITV bosses for a new show after host Bradley, 61, admitted that he didn't know the sun was a star.
The Beast said: "ITV, can I have a new show to educate Bradley Walsh. Like Educating Joey Essex but easier."
Bradley was lost for words at Mark's cheeky dig and clearly not happy with the comment.
Viewers at home also rushed to their keyboards to discuss Mark's savage remark towards Bradley.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "'Educating Bradley' I would watch that! Make it happen, ITV!"

Another added: "Educating Bradley, a show with Mark? ITV should consider this, would be more interesting than months of repeats."
While a third person posted: "Is the Beast after a new job or what? That’s two plugs in one show, the next Fred Flintstone and now he wants to do an Educating Bradley Walsh. Must fancy a change from being a chaser."
"@ITV petition to make ‘Educating Bradley Walsh’ hosted by @MarkLabbett a show," a fourth social media user wrote.
