TRISHA Goddard looked devastated as she revealed her nightmare accommodation ahead of joining Dancing On Ice.
The 61-year-old moaned she was suffering with back ache after two bad sleeps since jetting in from New York.
A mix-up when booking an apartment for the next six weeks meant Trisha was forced to find a new London home at the very last minute.
Complaining about an uncomfortable bed in an Instagram video, Trisha said: "Isn't it weird how something like a really bad bed can just change your mood?
"So sorry producers if you wanted a happy 'yay. I'm meeting my professional', I can hardly stand up or walk for the back ache."
Trisha has flown over from America to start training with her professional skating partner ahead of the Dancing on Ice 2020 series.
Yesterday she met up with her co-stars, including Joe Swash, Perri Kiely and Maura Higgins.
But she shared her rough start to the experience with fans and admitted "feeling really low".
She wrote on Instagram alongside the video: "Apologies!!! This post should be about being excited to meet my @dancingonice #iceskating pro later today, but….. Ugh!
"My back! Agony! Not much sleep for 2nd night after my flight from #nyc. Result?
"I’m feeling really low to think of the dramas I’ve been through to finally find (*last-minute!) accommodation and end up with a bed with a mattress-from-hell for the next freakin’ six weeks training here in the UK!
"*Watch out! You can book and pay for accommodation on a website, only to discover that the place advertised as being available for the dates you need, actually isn’t!
"Cue nightmare scenarios of wrangling refunds, and trying to find somewhere else, without repeating the cycle…)"
Despite being in pain with her back and tired through lack of sleep, Trisha got out into the fresh air to lift her spirits.
She then gave followers some top tips about how to turn their frown upside down.
Trisha wrote: "Recipe for lifting mood after night on #nightmare #mattress in rented apartment:
1) Take a #painkiller for resulting #backpain
2) Go for #gentlejog in #sunshine
3) Listen to great #music
4) Give thanks you can still bloody move!
5) Offer up a prayer for whichever @dancingonice professional has scored the pleasure of your #iceskating company for the next few months!"
