HOLLY Willoughby has opened up on "releasing negativity" and focussing on "new beginnings" after her former This Morning BFF Phillip Schofield's social media snub.<\/p>\n

The Sun reported how Phillip, 61 – who was axed from ITV this spring – is now unfollowing his former presenting pal on Instagram ahead of her first National Television Awards without him. <\/p>\n

Despite the U-Turn on their friendship, Holly, 42, still follows Phil on the social media site.<\/p>\n

She has now turned her focus to "positivity" and posted a message centred on the upcoming season.<\/p>\n

A newsletter emailed out to her lifestyle brand, Wylde Moon subscribers, came just hours before she fronted Tuesday's This Morning in a plunging denim dress.<\/p>\n

Holly opened up on her post-summer state of mind following a seven-week break from the ITV show and wrote: "This week\u2019s lunar phase is the Third Quarter Moon. <\/p>\n

Holly has come back to ITV's daytime schedule recharged following the turmoil that engulfed\u00a0This Morning\u00a0in the\u00a0spring.<\/p>\n

Phillip, Holly's longtime best pal and co-star, was\u00a0axed from the show\u00a0and\u00a0ITV\u00a0more widely after\u00a0admitting to an\u00a0affair with a much younger male colleague.<\/p>\n

On Monday, The Sun exclusively revealed how ex show anchor\u00a0Phil was soaking up the sunshine at the pub\u00a0as the episode aired.<\/p>\n

Holly also used her newsletter to gush over tonight's National Television Awards.<\/p>\n

She wrote: "Having been lucky enough to have this summer break to focus on the children, it\u2019s now lovely to be back on the sofa and there was certainly joy in abundance with Alison Hammond today!<\/p>\n

"This wonderful lady has been nominated in the \u2018Best Presenter\u2019 category at [tonight's] NTA\u2019s and there is still time to vote for her."<\/p>\n

Holly was snubbed from the award nominations – yet\u00a0Alison is up for a gong.<\/p>\n

Fans voted for bubbly\u00a0Alison\u00a0as Best TV Presenter instead, leaving Holly off the shortlist for the second year running.<\/p>\n

Yet despite Holly's well-wishes, Alison will be switched out from Wednesday's This Morning in an unexpected presenter shake-up.<\/p>\n
