<\/p>\nHolly Willoughby made it clear she "absolutely hated" Pete Wicks at the National Television Awards.<\/p>\n
On Pete and Sam Thompson's joint Staying Relevant podcast, the pair opened up about what it was like to be on the red carpet.<\/p>\n
Chatting about the evening, they said a highlight was meeting This Morning host Holly Willoughby.<\/p>\n

Sam said: "She's like the queen of the NTAs," before Pete interrupted with "former queen".<\/p>\n
Talking about their chat with her, Sam explained: "I just saw Holly Willoughby walking down the red carpet…<\/p>\n
"We managed to bring her in. She didn't really have anywhere to go but Peter didn't care. I was like 'This is f***ing Holly Willoughby'.<\/p>\n

Before Pete added, "Let me put this into perspective. Is that the first time you've met Holly?" he asked Sam.<\/p>\n
"Okay, so I've met Holly quite a few times. And I think she's really lovely. However, she's so good at this that she's not that interesting to interview.<\/p>\n
"And also I have a sneaking suspicion that she genuinely hates me.<\/p>\n
"And she did throw some shade, she does it every time. So, I wasn't that fussed.<\/p>\n

"I think it was from Celebrity Juice a few years ago and I think she thinks I'm some kind of f***boy a***hole and she would be absolutely correct in that but she makes it known."<\/p>\n
Sam then added how they told the host about the one time they shared a bed with her co-star Alison Hammond.<\/p>\n
But Holly clapped back at Pete with a swipe and said: "That doesn't surprise me with your track record," claimed the boys.<\/p>\n
Pete finished with: "I was like f***ing hell…"<\/p>\n

Later that evening, Holly spoke exclusively to the Daily Star where she shared the thoughtful gift co-star Alison bought her.<\/p>\n
The TV host said: "Alison needs no advice, that one is a pocket rocket.<\/p>\n
She's one of those unique people who is so wonderful and natural and just who she is on the telly.<\/p>\n
"She came into work today and bought me a belly chain which she bought from Sheperd's Bush Market.<\/p>\n
"And she said 'I bought you this, I know you're not going to wear it under your dress, but I've bought you two actually because I think they will look really nice on you."<\/p>\n
