Three luxury homes in Britain&#8217;s most des res area hit the market at the same time as part of a \u00a360m property bonanza<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Luxury properties demand seven-figure sums in UK&#8217;s answer to Miami Beach<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of Britain&#8217;s most exclusive addresses is defying the slump in house prices by enjoying a \u00a360m property bonanza.<\/p>\n<p>Three luxury homes in one corner of Sandbanks, on England&#8217;s south coast, have unusually come on the market at the same time &#8211; and they are all in one street.<\/p>\n<p>The trio of prized properties sit on Panorama Road, a tree-lined street that runs the perimeter of the lucrative peninsula in Poole Harbour, Dorset, and all back out onto the water with stunning sea views from almost every window.<\/p>\n<p>Privacy is all but assured for the would-be owners, with 70ft-tall trees serving as frontage and imposing electronic gates installed for security on what has become Britain&#8217;s answer to Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<p>One of the homes is the former home of Russian billionaire Maxim Denim, who owned Premiership side AFC Bournemouth until earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378099-12513123-image-a-27_1694602974060.jpg\" height=\"422\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Harbour Watch on Sandbanks is among the lucrative properties on offer for \u00a39.75million. It comes complete with a private pier in the back garden and mooring for two boats<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378113-12513123-image-a-28_1694603236116.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>This modern, flat-roofed house is the former dwelling of ex-Bournemouth AFC owner Maxim Denim &#8211; yours for \u00a38.95million<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378085-12513123-image-a-29_1694603354803.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The property that once stood in the centre of this photo was bought for \u00a37m before it was demolished. The house to its right belonged to the family of camping tycoon Oswald Bailey and is on the market for \u00a39m<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378091-12513123-image-a-30_1694603424618.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Sandbanks has one of become Britain&#8217;s most desirable and exclusive addresses &#8211; establishing itself as the country&#8217;s answer to the islands of luxury houses at Miami Beach<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=28CO0Gk_GwY%3Frel%3D0<\/p>\n<p>His modern, flat-roofed, three-storey home comes with twin helipads next to the water &#8211; perhaps one for you, and one for any guests who care to fly in &#8211; as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a garden sauna.<\/p>\n<p>The price for such opulence? A princely \u00a38.95m.<\/p>\n<p>Estate agents Luxury &amp; Prestige said: &#8216;Waterfront homes on this, arguably the most prestigious part of Sandbanks, are especially rare and contemporary ones even more so.<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE:\u00a0Siblings are reluctantly selling their late parent&#8217;s \u00a39million Sandbanks home to meet inheritance tax bill after it was bought in 1945 for just \u00a37,000\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>&#8216;The views across this particular stretch of water are beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The grounds offer a great deal of privacy &#8211; a rare commodity in this location &#8211; tucked away from prying eyes behind electric gates and the main dwelling is a polite distance from the water&#8217;s edge meaning passing boats and yachts are on view to the homeowner but not necessarily vice versa.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Three doors down from 108 Panorama Road is Harbour Watch, a six-bedroom mansion built 20 years ago with boating in mind.<\/p>\n<p>It has its own private pier on the end of its back garden and mooring for two boats. It is up for sale for \u00a39.75m.<\/p>\n<p>And further along Panorama Road is a more traditional home belonging to the family of camping entrepreneur Oswald Bailey.<\/p>\n<p>The 105-year-old property occupies a large plot and is ripe for development.<\/p>\n<p>It has an asking price of \u00a39m, with sealed bids due in by the end of next month.<\/p>\n<p>A fourth luxury home on Panorama Road is currently under offer having been listed for sale for \u00a39.75m.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, another water&#8217;s edge home on Panorama Road sold for \u00a37m. This has since been demolished ahead of development by none other than football legend Harry Redknapp and his wife Sandra, noted long-time residents of the peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>And in March this year a 117-year-old bungalow on the biggest plot on Sandbanks sold for a whopping \u00a313m.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Dunford, of Sandbanks estate agents Tailor Made, said prices for waterfront homes on Sandbanks have shot up 20 per cent since the coronavirus pandemic, when city-dwellers longing for quieter settings seized the opportunity to move away.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378089-12513123-image-a-33_1694603672514.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Sandbanks does not appear to be suffering amid Britain&#8217;s housing slump &#8211; this property on the corner of the spit recently sold for \u00a313m<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378093-12513123-image-a-34_1694603997871.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Three properties in this photo &#8211; including Maxim Denim&#8217;s on the left, and Harbour Watch in the centre &#8211; are either on sale or under offer<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75378107-12513123-image-a-35_1694604072285.jpg\" height=\"422\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Sandbanks lies within Poole Harbour in Dorset and properties there boast sea views from almost every window<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/12\/75380189-12513123-image-a-44_1694606005265.jpg\" height=\"792\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Harry Redknapp and wife Sandra are among Sandbanks&#8217; best known residents past and present &#8211; with the pair currently plotting to build a new house on the spit<\/p>\n<p>He said: &#8216;The three waterfront homes are all very different properties.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;One has two helicopter pads and would suit an international buyer; Harbour Watch has twin berths and is ideal for someone who wants to be out on the water; while the third represents an opportunity build a fantastic new home on a wonderful plot.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I suspect they will all sell fairly quickly. There was definitely a bounce in prices for prime waterfront plots after Covid in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;People realised that they didn&#8217;t have to be tied to the city or have to be living near London.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Go back to 2016\/17 and I would say 80 per cent of the properties on Sandbanks were used as holiday homes but since 2020 half of them are now permanent residences.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Panorama Road properties have gone up in value by over 20 per cent since 2019.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sandbanks does not appear to be suffering any ill effects amid a slump in housing prices elsewhere in Britain.<\/p>\n<p>Zoopla data provided to MailOnline suggests that prices of everything from London flats and coastal homes to Cornish cottages have dropped by up to \u00a325,000\u00a0in the biggest housing market dip in 14 years.<\/p>\n<p>And figures published by Halifax suggest that house prices have fallen 4.6 per cent year on year, as spikes in mortgage rates force sellers to price their homes at a more competitive rate.<\/p>\n<p>The average two-year fixed rate mortgage mortgage rate is now 6.67 per cent, according to Moneyfacts, up from 2.38 per cent two years ago.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/property\/article-12513123\/Sandbanks-luxury-homes-Britains-property-bonanza.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read Full Article<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No housing market slump in Sandbanks!
