More info<\/p>\n<p>In the photo, David appears to be wearing a navy waistcoat over a white shirt and is looking to the side.<\/p>\n<p>Standing in a room filled with artwork on the walls in what seems to be the first episode of the three specials.<\/p>\n<p>With a clapperboard in the frame, the account teased there are more behind-the-scenes images to come in the run-up to the episode airing.<\/p>\n<p>The caption read: &#8220;Welcome to #WhoSpy! I&#8217;ll be your very own spy on set during the filming of #DoctorWho, keep your eyes peeled for more updates.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about his return on This Morning, David said: \u201cIt was like being handed a very lovely present. It was joyous.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was great fun. It was a very happy joyous time on set 15 years ago, and returning to that could&#8217;ve been &#8211; might&#8217;ve felt awkward, it might have felt difficult. I might not have been able to run as fast!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had a lovely time.
