Last night (September 26, 2023) saw the first contestant's time on the show come to an end.<\/p>\n

The Channel 4 show saw amateur baker Amos hang up his apron after the contestants were tasked with a a signature bake, a technical challenge, and a show-stopper.<\/p>\n

Amos said: ''It was obviously the Showstopper that stopped my show. As soon as I heard my name, I came out of my body.<\/p>\n

''It has been amazing being in that group of people walking into the tent on the first day, and that is softening the blow a little bit.''<\/p>\n
