A letter allegedly written by Joe Jonas may help Sophie Turner‘s case in her lawsuit seeking to move their children to the United Kingdom. After four years of marriage, Jonas and Turner’s marriage has descended into what looks to be a lengthy divorce and child custody battle, and this letter is the latest installment in that saga.

Turner, 27, included the letter from the Jonas Brother’s singer in bombshell court documents filed earlier this week which were obtained by Page Six. Jonas, 34, reportedly penned the letter on June 16 to persuade a homeowner in Oxford, England to sell his house to the former couple.

“When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony and a Wendy house,” Jonas wrote to the seller of a $7.5 million estate.

“While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning [redacted], we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.”

The “Cake By The Ocean” singer gushed about the “beautiful walled garden” on the property and called the sight of the owner’s children enjoying a picnic in the garden “simply heavenly.”

“I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat,” the letter continues.
