RUGBY legend Mike Tindall has confessed the Princess of Wales has never managed to beat him at a popular party game.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 45-year-old, who was capped 75 times for England, explained that Kate Middleton, 41, needs to \u201cwork on her technique\u201d if she has any hope of besting him at beer pong.<\/p>\n

Beer pong is a drinking game where players throw a tennis ball across a table stacked with cups of beer, with the \u2018loser\u2019 having to down cups of booze.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Princess of Wales hasn't beaten me at beer pong yet,\u201d Mike, who is married to King Charles\u2019 niece Zara, proudly declared.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll keep giving her the opportunity to, though. She's very competitive but she needs to work on her technique.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dad-of-four, who came in fourth place on I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2022, went on to share some details into the Royal Family.<\/p>\n

Speaking to The Times magazine, he explained that it was difficult not to dance before King Charles, 74, got up to boogie..<\/p>\n

This is because Royal etiquette dictates you\u2019re meant to wait for His Royal Highness to get up first.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cYou have to wait for the King to start dancing and then you can go for it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt's always strange to be sitting in that scenario – at the King's coronation concert – where normally you'd want to get up and dance to everything.<\/p>\n

It comes after Mike recently spoke out about the realities of marrying into the Royal Family, explaining that it doesn\u2019t erase all the problems you might face in life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking to Hello! Magazine, he shared: \u201cEveryone thinks that just by marrying Zara that means it\u2019s all fine and dandy\u2026 But that doesn\u2019t stop the fact that you need a job.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it\u2019s not that easy, you know \u2014 you get quite institutionalised into rugby, it\u2019s a way of life and you leave the game and that\u2019s not there.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mike, who retired form Rugby back in 2014 after a 17-year career, explained that it took him about a year to figure out \u201cwhat I was, who I was going to be\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n
